What types of debt can be settled ?
There are many different types of acceptable debts that can be entered into our debt settlement program. Most unsecured debts like credit cards and even when with collection accounts. We do not allow secured loans like mortgages, IRS tax debts or any government issued loans.
Acceptable debts :
- Major Credit Cards
- Collection Accounts
- Unsecured Personal Lines of Credit
- Unsecured Loans
- Auto Loans (after repossession)
- Recreational Vehicles (after repossession)
- Unsecured Personal Loans
- Medical Bills
- Judgments (but may settle higher)
- Credit Union Credit Cards (no other type of CU loan)
Each account must be over $700 each and total debt must be more than $10,000 to enter the program. Contact us for full details on each that are acceptable.

- Secured Loans
- Auto Loans
- IRS Tax debts
- Student Loans
- Payday Loans
- Cash Calls
- Jewelry Accounts
- Government Loans
- Military "Star" Card
- "Pioneer Military Lending"
- Apartment Leases / Rent
- Utility Bills
- Credit Union Loans (personal, auto, secured, mortgage)
- "USAA" United Services Automobile Association
- Any debts that are pending lawsuits
The lists above are just guides…
They help show you a good idea of most debts out there, but it's impossible to list them all. In addition this list can change time to time and our website may or may not be 100% up to date, so make sure to contact us to see if your debts will be acceptable into our settlement program.
