Do I only payback a fraction of my debt ?
YES !
We normally settle our clients debts down a fraction of what they owe. Each creditor is different, and each persons account is different, so we work directly with your creditor to settle the account for you.
Once the account has been settled we request that the creditors place the information with either "Paid in Full" or "Paid as Settled " or "Paid as Agreed", with a zero balance.
